CDLF (Light Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump)
CDL/CDLF pump are multi-function products. It can be used to convey various medium from tap water to industrial liquid at different temperature and with different flow rate and pressure. CDL type is applicable to conveying non-corrosive liquid, while CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.
1). Water supply: water filter and transport in waterworks, boosting of main pipeline, boosting in high rise building.
2). Industrial boosting: process flow water system, clearing system, high pressure washing system, fire fighting system.
3). Industrial liquid conveying: cooling and air-conditioning system, boiler water supply and condensing system, machine-associated purpose, acids and alkai.
4). Water treatment: ultrafiltration system, RO system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.
Operation conditions：
1. Thin, Clean, non-flammable and non-explosive liquid containing no solid granules and fibers.
2. Liquid temperature: Normal temperature, high temperature
3. Ambient temperature: up to +40C.
4. Altitude: up to 1000m.
Electric motor:
· Full-enclosed fan-cooled two-pole standard motor, 50HZ or 60HZ
· Phase: Single-phase or three-phase, standard voltage or special voltage is available.
· Protection class: IP55, Insulation class: F
Pump motor at 50Hz 2900rpm, pump’s performance range as following:
Flow range: 0.4 m3/h (0.1 1l/s) ~ 180m3/h (50 l/s).
Pressure range：6m (0.6bar) ~ 305m (30.5bar).
