QJ (electric submersible well pump)
Purposes and Characteristics
QJ electric submersible well pump is an energy-saving product designed as per GB, Which is widely used for irrigation of agricultural land, water supply and drainage of industrial and mining enterprises, and water supply of people and animals in plateaus and mountains.
This pump type consists of QJ submersible pump and YQS submersible motor to be submerged for work. It’s characterized by its simple and compact structure, light, easy installation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, high efficiency, energy saving and so on.
Working Conditions
1. Power requirement:
(1)The rated frequency is 50Hz and the motor end’s rated voltage shall be ensured to be 380±5% three phase AC supply (special order is needed if the user’s voltage is 660V).
(2)The transformer’s load power shall not exceed 75% of its capacity.
(3) When the transformer is far away from the well, the power transmission line drop shall be taken into account. As for the motor whose power is bigger than 4015KW, the distance between transformer and well is required not exceed 20m; if exceeding 20m, the power transmission line specification is required to be 2 class higher than the power distribution cable specification, and the line drop shall be taken into account.
2. Water quality requirement:
(1) Generally it requires non-corrosive clear water.
(2) The sand content in water shall not exceed 0.01% (mass ratio).
(3) PH value shall be within 6.5-8.5.
(4) The chloride ion content in water shall not exceed 400mg/L.
(5) The hydrogen sulfide content shall not exceed 1.5mg/L.
(6) The water temperature shall not exceed 20℃.
3. Well bore requirement:
It shall be straight and smooth without bulges or bore pipe offset and the well’s inner diameter shall not be less than the corresponding fram number.
